Transport & Logistics Fleets
Repairs scheduled around your delivery commitments, not our workshop queue.
Every Day Off the Road Is Revenue You Don’t Get Back
A prime mover sitting in a workshop is not a maintenance line item — it is a missed run, a subcontracted load, or a customer wondering whether to call someone else next time. Transport operators do not need a panel shop that quotes cheap and takes three weeks. They need realistic timeframes, early warning when parts are going to hold things up, and a repairer who understands that the vehicle going back out on Monday matters more than it looking perfect on Thursday.
Max Smash Repairs has worked with Sydney transport and logistics operators from our Smithfield workshop since 1984, including Toll Global Logistics. We are in the middle of the Western Sydney industrial corridor, close to the freight routes your fleet already runs.
Common Transport Fleet Work
Collision and Structural
Front-end impacts, jackknife damage, rollovers. Laser chassis and axle alignment rated for heavy vehicle geometry, with steering geometry resetting as part of the same process.
Depot and Dock Damage
The repetitive low-speed damage that accumulates across a fleet — rear frames, tail lifts, guards, steps, mirrors and lighting clusters.
Fleet Livery Repaints
PPG-authorised colour matching so a repaired unit sits correctly alongside the rest of the fleet, and full rebrands when your identity changes.
Tail Lift and Hydraulics
Platforms, hoses and rams repaired and function-tested. A truck with a dead tail lift is off the road regardless of how the cab looks.
Roadworthy Compliance
Structural repairs carried out to the tolerances an inspection checks, with reflective markings and safety signage reinstated as part of the job.
Hail and Fleet-Wide Events
When a storm puts a whole depot off the road, we work through units on a prioritised schedule rather than a single queue.
Built Around Downtime
Realistic Timeframes, Given Upfront
We quote the timeframe we expect to hit, not the one that wins the job. If a part is on backorder or the structural work turns out deeper than the photos suggested, you hear about it when we find out — not when you call asking where the truck is.
You Choose the Order
Where several units are damaged at once, we work through them in the sequence that suits your operation. You know which runs matter most this week; we do not.
Pick-Up and Delivery
If a vehicle cannot be driven in safely, we collect it. We service Fairfield, Wetherill Park, Prospect, Blacktown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Silverwater, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Moorebank and the greater Sydney region.
Ongoing Account Arrangements
For operators running regular volume with us, an account arrangement removes the quote-approve-quote cycle on routine work. Talk to us about becoming an approved repairer for your fleet.
Insurance Handled Directly
We are an approved repairer for all major insurers on commercial and heavy vehicle claims, and liaise with assessors directly so your operations team is not relaying panel-shop detail back and forth.
What We Repair for Transport Operators
Prime movers and cab-over tractors, rigid trucks of all sizes, tippers, tautliners and curtain-siders, refrigerated bodies, car carriers, tankers and B-double combinations. Every major brand on Australian roads — Kenworth, Volvo, Scania, Isuzu, Hino, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, Freightliner, Mack, UD, Iveco and Fuso.
Where a panel or bracket is no longer available through the supply chain, our in-house fabrication means we make it rather than leaving your truck waiting on a backorder.
